Qualificações

• Master’s degree in finance or business with five years of experience in sponsored programs administration, or a Bachelor's with seven years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of federal regulations, sponsor guidelines, and OMB Uniform Guidance (2C.F.R. Part 200).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative approach.
• CRA or similar credential is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and leads a team of post-award administrators and manages workload distribution.
• Provides mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Sets performance expectations, conducts evaluations, and offers constructive feedback.
• Interprets policies and reviews post-award processes to ensure compliance with sponsor regulations.
• Develops and delivers training programs on post-award processes and compliance.
• Reviews and updates policies to reflect evolving regulations and best practices.
• Monitors grant accounts, reviews financial reports, and forecasts spending.
• Prepares labor distributions for grant-funded personnel.
• Coordinates inter-team collaboration with Pre-Award and AFC teams.
• Supports pre-award processes as needed.
