Job summary

The Department of Medicine at CU Anschutz is seeking a full-time Post-Award Core Grants and Contracts Program Manager to lead the Post-Award Core team providing post-award support to DOM faculty within the Research Office.

Responsibilities include supervising grant administrators, ensuring timely journal entries, PETs, budgeting, and compliance with federal and sponsor policies; hybrid schedule of 3–4 days on campus. Strong leadership and communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum five years of experience managing sponsored projects administration.
• At least three years of supervisory experience of professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of grant administrators and allocate workloads.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for the Post-Award Core.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of post-award services and reporting.
• Serve as content expert in post-award grants and contracts management.
• Perform journal entries, PETs, funding distributions for NIH, VA, DOD, and foundations.
