Job summary

The University of Washington, School of Medicine Integrated Resources, Post-Award Department, is seeking a Post-Award Grants Manager to partner with faculty and research teams, providing expert financial stewardship for grants, contracts, and sub-awards in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three or more years of experience in research administration and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Post-Award Management – independently manage a portfolio of sponsored projects, ensuring compliance and timely award activity.
• Sponsor and Internal Reporting – prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for PIs detailing transactions and spending trends.
• Administrative Duties – review grant expenditures in Workday and support costing allocations and effort certification.
