Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Post Adoption Specialist to support adoptees, birth parents, and adoptive families. The role involves in-home visits, case management, and coordinating resources within the agency and community.

You will handle documentation, coordinate with providers, and ensure timely billing while promoting faith-based services and trauma-informed care throughout the adoption continuum.

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic typing skills.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-home visits and assessments on a monthly basis.
• Complete paperwork for Post Permanency units of service and maintain files.
• Maintain Post Adoption System records with timely case notes.
• Connect families to community resources and provide client advocacy.
• Process monthly billing paperwork for services.
• Support adoptive families with respite services and resources.
• Keep respite files up to date and facilitate family groups.
• Present BCS services to mental health providers, school staff, and other professionals.
• Attend trainings and participate in supervision; meet licensing requirements.
• Stay updated on agency, federal, and state regulations.
