Ladders is seeking a Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist in a remote role covering the Seattle North area. The position blends clinical education with consultative sales, supporting clinicians, prescribers, and outpatient teams to advance wound care solutions and improve patient outcomes.

You will manage accounts, drive territory growth, coordinate billing documentation, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders while balancing clinical and economic priorities in post-acute settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 years of sales/clinical experience, or HS diploma with 6 years of sales/clinical experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Current, valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of the company's products
• Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes
• Drive sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management
• Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities
• Educate clinicians on the safe and effective use of the company's products
• Partner with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and secure required billing documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders

Education

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist (Seattle North area) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote sales role focuses on advancing wound care solutions in post-acute settings while supporting clinicians, prescribers, and other key stakeholders across the territory. The specialist will balance consultative selling with clinical education and field-based support to help improve patient outcomes and drive territory performance. Success in this position will depend on building trusted relationships, managing account activity effectively, and coordinating the documentation needed to support therapy initiation and reimbursement.

The role is well suited to someone who can navigate both clinical and economic priorities in a healthcare environment and work closely with outpatient teams to support safe, effective product use.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $104,800 – $144,100 annually
