Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office in Columbus, OH seeks a Hospital Liaison to drive public relations, marketing, and revenue growth for assigned hospital accounts in the post-acute space.

The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and managing referrals, ensuring market penetration, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet the Community’s business objectives. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years college in healthcare administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations related to skilled nursing/long term care.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Working clinical knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends with successful sales/marketing in post-acute industry.
• Previous sales and marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage public relations, marketing, and revenue generation for assigned hospital accounts.
• Identify, assess, and manage customer referrals for hospital accounts; ensure market penetration.
• Maintain excellent customer service to achieve Community’s business objectives; daily engagement with hospital accounts.
• Success measured by referral volume, relationship development, census targets and census trends.
