Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of healthcare administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations related to skilled nursing/long term care.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Candidate must have a working clinical knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends and have demonstrated success with strong sale and marketing skills in post-acute industry.

Responsibilities

• The Liaison will manage public relations, marketing, and revenue generation for assigned hospital accounts.
• Identify, assess, and manage customer referrals for hospital accounts with daily engagement.
• Maintain excellent customer service to achieve census targets and positive public image.
