Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office is seeking a Hospital Liaison to drive referrals and revenue for our hospital accounts. This role emphasizes public relations, marketing, and strong customer service to achieve census targets.

Qualified candidates have healthcare experience, sales background, and knowledge of medical terminology. The position is full-time with daytime shifts, offering a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of healthcare administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations related to skilled nursing/long term care.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Candidate must have a working clinical knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends and have demonstrated success with strong sale and marketing skills in post-acute industry.
• Previous sales and marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage customer referrals for assigned hospital accounts and ensure market penetration.
• Maintain excellent customer service to achieve Community’s business objectives.
• Engage daily with hospital accounts and support public relations and revenue generation activities.
