Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of healthcare administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations related to skilled nursing/long term care.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Candidate must have a working clinical knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends and have demonstrated success with strong sale and marketing skills in post-acute industry.
• Previous sales and marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage public relations, marketing, and revenue generation for the Communities.
• Identify, assess, and manage customer referrals for assigned hospital accounts.
• Ensure appropriate market penetration and a positive public image.
• Engage daily with the Communities the Liaison supports and provide excellent customer service to achieve business objectives.
• Measure success by referral volume, relationship development, census targets, and census trends.
