Job summary

Pioneer-Health-Care-Management- is seeking a Marketing Liaison to be the primary link between the facility and the healthcare community. You will develop and maintain referral relationships that drive admissions, census growth, and market awareness, working with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and managed care organizations to promote the facility’s services.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, sales, or customer service.
• Established healthcare referral relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, health systems, physician offices, case managers, and managed care entities.
• Meet or exceed monthly admissions and census goals.
• Represent the facility at healthcare events and community programs.
• Coordinate with Admissions and Marketing teams to drive occupancy growth and market awareness.
