Cantex Continuing Care Network in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to generate and manage leads in primary referral hospitals and ensure smooth discharge transitions from hospital to CSC home. This role focuses on building relationships with referral hospital personnel and identifying opportunities to grow market presence.

The position requires strong communication, clinical assessment skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Texas RN or LVN license preferred.
• Minimum of two years sales and marketing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of long-term care markets.
• Excellent communication and organization skills; ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed census-related quality goals for the community.
• Schedule and execute multiple sales calls weekly with new referral sources.
• Perform clinical assessments to evaluate care needs prior to admission.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral hospital personnel.
• Coordinate admissions to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to CSC home.
