Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Family Advocacy, the Positive School Climate Coordinator will support the Tulsa Public Schools’ vision ensuring that all students have access to safe, supportive, and joyful school cultures. The coordinator will work closely with the school administrative team and the department of Student and Family Support Services to provide high-risk students with academic and social supports. The coordinator will support in-school initiatives and services that foster student achievement.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education:
   • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
   • Master of Education degree in school counseling preferred
2. Experience:
   • Two (2) years classroom experience
3. Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
   • Possess or ability to obtain an Oklahoma teacher certification within 1 year of employment
   • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
   • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
