Tulsa Public Schools’ existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. For more information about the salary for this specific position, please review the Salary Schedule for the corresponding Salary Grade (listed above).

Education:
  1. Associate's degree in social work, psychology, human development, or related field or equivalent work experience
  2. Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, psychology, human development, or related field
Experience:
  1. Two (2) years related case management, social work, or family advocacy
  2. Two (2) years working with clients that are affected by issues including neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, and mental health
  3. Experience working with a diverse population of students and families
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:
  1. Knowledgeable in childhood adverse experiences and trauma-informed practices
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
  3. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
