Job summary

You will partner with Workforce Strategy, Portfolio, Risk, and Finance to ensure funded demand and portfolio affordability.

The role emphasizes cross-functional project oversight, regulatory compliance, and senior leadership engagement, with in-office requirements enforced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Oversees cross-functional, complex technology projects.
• Identifies, designs, and implements advanced process and technology improvements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align operations with tech strategies.
• Monitors, analyses, and reports on key performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Communicates operational status and strategic improvement plans to executives.
• Provides project leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
