Job summary

Truist is seeking a governance-focused leader to oversee outsourced transaction management for real estate portfolios in the United States. You will drive end-to-end execution, ensure compliant and timely delivery, and manage performance through SLAs, KPIs, and executive communications.

The role emphasizes building robust operating models, coordinating Finance, Legal, and Operations, and delivering cost-efficient, auditable results across the lease lifecycle and divestments.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of outsourced transaction management provider to deliver measurable portfolio outcomes.
• Define and improve the outsourced transaction management operating model with clear processes and controls.
• Govern lease lifecycle and administration delivery, ensuring SLA performance and data integrity.
• Own acquisition/divestment outcomes by coordinating internal stakeholders and approvals.
• Enforce contractual and regulatory requirements with audit-ready documentation and reporting.
• Translate portfolio strategy into outcome targets and drive performance reviews and forecasts.
• Manage provider relationships end-to-end, including staffing, prioritization, and escalation paths.
• Drive continuous improvement with the provider through process optimization and root-cause analysis.
