We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to operate and maintain our Poseidon Router Machine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated parts according to specifications, ensuring safety, precision, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

Set up and operate the Poseidon Router Machine based on job specifications.

Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during operation.

Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine.

Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs as required.

Quality Control

Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet required standards.

Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.

Accurately document production output and inspection results.

Report and address any defects or inconsistencies.

Complete and sign quality checklists to confirm job completion.

Safety

Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Immediately report any safety concerns, hazards, or incidents.

Additional Duties

Support other production areas as needed.

Participate in ongoing training and development.

Maintain accurate and timely production records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience with Poseidon/CNC routers or similar machinery preferred

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
