Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Osakis, MN. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Perform complex set ups and operate Swiss, mill, lathe and router to machine flat and formed parts to inch and metric specifications
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Evaluate and justify new tooling and machining processes
  • Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications to identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity
  • Maintain logs and other necessary documents
  • Determine sequence of operations when necessary
  • Perform first article of inspection when necessary
  • Assist others with machining problems
  • Work independently with moderate supervision.

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay rate: 16.73 - $28.46/Hour
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Length: Contract To Hire

Job Requirements




Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related mechanics, flow control elements and MRP concepts
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to handle fragile products, perform repetitive tasks and demonstrate safety awareness
  • Visual acuity and manual dexterity
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
