Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation

• Set up and operate the Poseidon Router Machine based on job specifications.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during operation.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs as required.

Quality Control

• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet required standards.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Document production output and inspection results accurately.
• Report and address any defects or inconsistencies.
• Complete and sign quality checklists to confirm job completion.

Safety

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Report safety concerns or hazards immediately.

Additional Duties

• Support other production areas as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Poseidon/CNC routers or similar machinery preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
