Job summary

Sunoco LP seeks a Point-of-Sale Supervisor to lead the development and deployment of high quality retail technology solutions across Brand, Operational, and Regulatory initiatives. You will oversee a test lab facility and a team of POS and QA Specialists collaborating with vendor partners to design and deliver POS and restaurant solutions for 5,000+ sites.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required with 8+ years of experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management or related field.
• 5+ years' experience supporting retail credit and debit card processing systems and quality testing.
• 3+ years' experience with fuel dispensing systems and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage POS and QA Specialists including assigning tasks and mentoring.
• Oversee portfolio of POS, kitchen production systems and related retail systems.
• Liaise with business side requirements and set priorities for solution delivery.
• Oversee vendor relationships including weekly status calls and prioritization.
• Supervise and maintain POS test lab facility and related equipment.
