Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Retail Systems Support Administrator to ensure smooth operation of our POS and retail systems across locations. You will install, configure, and support Aptos POS applications, hardware and network devices while ensuring reliable performance during events and store openings.

Travel to stores and events is expected, with remote support the primary mode and on-site assistance as needed to keep uptime high and customer service exceptional.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up POS registers for events or new stores.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and cabling for retail systems.
• Familiarity with Aptos retail applications (POS, Merch, SA) installation and support.
• Comfort providing remote support and occasional on-site support when needed.
