Qualifications

• 2-3 years of QA/testing experience in retail or POS environments.
• Experience with Jira, TestRail, and Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• Willingness to work onsite with overtime during peak periods and collaborate with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear test plans and cases focused on POS and mobile apps.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Understand business processes to identify edge cases and real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, product owners, and operations stakeholders.
• Coordinate test coverage with offshore QA resources and manage defect triage.
• Document defects with reproduction steps and evidence; verify fixes.
• Support release testing during high-demand periods.
