PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer III to serve as a technical advisor during the pre‑sales process for the PDI POS solutions.

You will architect tailored solutions, demonstrate value, and collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to address customer challenges. This mid‑senior role requires deep product knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to convey complex solutions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a pre‑sales role in fintech/POS/payments.
• Proficiency with POS systems, payments, APIs, and enterprise design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Strong project coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and demo environments.
• Certification in pre‑sales or POS systems is a plus (e.g., PMP, ITIL).

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver scalable POS solutions with sales and product teams.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
• Support RFPs and proposals with clear technical responses.
• Gather market insights to guide solution strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Support teams.
