Job summary

North Country Business Products (NCBP) is seeking an IT Support Analyst to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and deliver friendly, professional service to our clients. You will work directly with customers to assess problems, identify solutions, and guide requests to resolution.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience required.
Experience in POS, IT support, hospitality, grocery or retail preferred.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional technical support to customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Keep clients informed with updates on service requests and resolutions.
Install and configure software including POS applications and antivirus tools.
Research client information and history to identify effective solutions.
Prioritize support requests and work efficiently to resolve issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to fix problems.
