Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage POS materials delivery, invoicing, and inventory control on a full-time, Monday–Friday 1st shift.

You will coordinate POS placements on outgoing trucks, process invoices, monitor stock levels, and support the Sales & Merchandising teams with accurate records and reporting. This role offers medical, dental, vision, retirement and vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of POS materials, ensuring accuracy and supporting Sales & Merchandising teams.
• Coordinate placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs and enclose packing slip to alert delivery.
• Receive and process manual invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices.
• Monitor on-hand inventory levels and maintain minimum POS stock while producing a weekly inventory report.
• Maintain POS workstation.
• Other duties as assigned.
