Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and calling into the restaurant.
• Place orders in-person and over the phone; upsell and know menu and promotions.
• Process cash, credit card and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol.
• Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations.
• Monitor order times to ensure timely service.
• Double check wings and items before handing to customer.
• Balance register at end of shift; hand off cash to next shift.
• Keep Front of House clean and stocked; uphold sanitation standards.
• Promote safety in the workplace and maintain personal appearance per policy.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate to a manager as needed.
• Leave customers with a positive Wingstop experience.
