• Answer phones, take accurate orders, and deliver completed orders with a smile

• Handle guest inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage guest issues or complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assist other positions when necessary
• Follow safe cash handling procedures and ring sales through the POS
• Encourage add-on sales to enhance guest experience
