Job summary

The Vibe Check is seeking a Danish-speaking customer support specialist to join a high-end tech product team. You’ll handle calls, emails, and chat, troubleshoot devices, and assist customers with orders from Greece.

On onboarding, you’ll receive 11 days of paid training, plus access to an on-site product lab and a relocation package that includes flights and two weeks of accommodation. Remote work from anywhere in Greece is offered after training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1+) and able to communicate in English for training and team collaboration.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
• Interest in gadgets and sleek design helps when supporting high-end tech products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to Danish-speaking expert via calls, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot product questions, track orders, and resolve after-sales issues.
• Provide friendly, proactive, solution-focused support to create wow moments.
• Navigate multiple software tabs and update customer records in a seamless workflow.
