The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have over 7 years of relevant experience, including strong project management skills and proficiency in design software like AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Seven or more (7+) years of engineering or related land development experience.
• Demonstrated experience with IDOT and AASHTO LRFD bridge design specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned projects through administration, technical and management techniques.
• Define the scope of assigned projects and develop a plan to accomplish them.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet project requirements.
• Maintain close liaison with clients to resolve all project questions.
