Job summary

Shutterfly's JCPenney Portraits division is hiring a full-time Studio Manager in Tyler, TX to lead the studio operations, supervise staff, and deliver outstanding photography and sales experiences.

You will schedule, train, and develop Team Members, drive sales, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain smooth daily processes in a host-store setting. The role includes benefits and opportunities for growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
• Able to work varied schedule including days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
• Strong math and computer skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members.
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales averages, customer satisfaction).
