Job summary

The Lifetouch District Support Assistant Studio Manager supports the District Sales Manager by working in portrait studios to ensure coverage and act as Temp. Studio Manager when needed.

You will help deliver exceptional customer service throughout the photographic, sales and portrait delivery experience and assist with team skill development. You’ll partner with the Studio Manager to train new hires, manage scheduling, support local marketing tools, and help drive business results while

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated photography and sales skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Works in multiple studios based on business needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong math and analytic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
• Partners with the Studio Manager to train new hires and maintain a high performing team.
• Assists with labor management and local studio marketing tactics to drive growth.
• Provides feedback on team performance based on observations and processes.
• Fulfills duties of temporary assignments and ensures deadlines.
• Maintains safety and equipment across studios.
