Job summary

Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family, is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead 14–22 photography studios. You will drive sessions, sales, customer experience, and profitability while building, coaching, and inspiring a team of managers and 60–150 staff.

Based in the Columbia, MD area, you will translate strategy into action, manage district expenses, and partner with host stores and the Regional Sales Director to deliver superior results and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of multi-unit management in retail/photography/service industries.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive district performance and profitability across studios.
• Lead and develop 2+ managers and 60–150 staff including seasonal.
• Execute local marketing and sales strategies to grow sessions and market share.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and photography quality.
• Collaborate with host store partners and Regional Sales Director.
• Monitor district expenses and operational budgets.
