Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in cutting tools or related industries.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Must live in assigned territory and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Secure orders through on-site visits, by phone or email.
• Conduct daily sales calls to distributors and end users.
• Quote on customer requirements and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in the ordering process.
• Manage distribution with monthly strategy sessions and annual discounts reviews.
• Submit weekly activity/call reports on quotes, orders, and issues.
• Enter all activity in CRM daily with accuracy.
• Provide lost business reports weekly.
• Train distributors and end users on OSG products.
• Present technical solutions by testing and documenting sales opportunities.
