Job summary

Woodard & Curran Inc. in Portland, Maine, is seeking a highly organized Project Delivery Specialist to support our consulting teams through the full project lifecycle.

You will work with project managers, technical managers, and operations teams to ensure delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to coordinate contracts, schedules, and documentation across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting projects, contracts, or client-facing activities in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel, process expenses, and organize project activities.
• Assist with project administration, document management, and logistics coordination.
• Format and prepare deliverables using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with branding and quality standards.
• Coordinate production and distribution of client deliverables and track receipts.
• Support project setup including folders, proposals, and pipeline monitoring.
• Coordinate kickoff, technical reviews, and closeout activities to ensure QA.
• Maintain project records retention, archiving, and records management.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve administrative issues.
• Verify subcontractor requirements and insurance documentation.
• Track certificates of insurance and compliance efforts.
• Support work order management and client communications.
