Job summary

The Standard is looking for a Mortgage Loan Servicing professional to manage complex servicing tasks for investor clients and borrowers. You will ensure portfolio compliance, timely payments, and accurate payoff processing, with a focus on maintaining high data integrity across our systems.

Role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office setting, and 1+ years in mortgage loan servicing; onsite in Portland, OR at least monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a dynamic office environment.
• 1+ years of mortgage loan servicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain loan portfolio compliance, timely payments, insurance coverage, and property tax payments.
• Collaborate with correspondents to ensure servicing compliance and respond to inquiries.
• Analyze transfer, assumption, and modification requests and support loan file documentation.
• Prepare accurate payoff quotes and loan status statements.
