Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present professionally the features and benefits of the property.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
• Explain the TAA Lease Contract to residents.
• Prepare move-in packets and coordinate day-of move-ins.
• Market the property and coordinate resident activities.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
