Job summary

Energy 350, Inc. in Portland, OR seeks an Energy Project Coordinator to join our team as a quality control point between customers, vendors, engineers, account managers, and our client.

You will review energy efficiency project applications, ensure forms and Excel-based tools are complete and correctly formatted, and coordinate data entry across project tracking and CRM systems at various milestones.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented data entry across multiple software platforms.
• Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word, with basic formatting QC.
• Experience with CRM databases such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as quality control point between customers, vendors, engineers, account managers, and client.
• Review project applications and deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
• Input and track data in project tracking and CRM systems at milestones.
• Monitor inquiries via phone and email and distribute to the appropriate team.
• QC data and communicate clarifications to move projects forward.
