Job summary

Pepper Source, Ltd. is seeking a Housekeeping/San Ops team member for the 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) in Van Buren, AR. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing production areas, maintaining grounds and breakrooms, and supporting safety and productivity in a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, strong English language skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work standing for long periods. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Reads and interprets documents as part of daily duties.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and maintains grounds.
• Cleans and sanitizes floors, offices, hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, stairs, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Cleans and removes cobwebs throughout warehouses.
• Removes standing water from rooms using a squeegee.
• Picks up garbage and debris; places in waste containers.
• Transports trash to disposal area.
