Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Portfolio Valuation practice within the Financial and Valuation Advisory group. You will help analyze illiquid securities, value derivatives, and support client deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Applied Economics.
Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.
Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
Experience with valuation of financial instruments and models is desirable.

Responsibilities

Analyzing and valuing derivatives, structured products, loans, and illiquid securities.
Developing and calibrating valuation models for complex assets.
Performing market research and compiling financial information for client deliverables.
Participating in due diligence and presenting analyses to senior management and boards.
Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives and ad‑hoc research as required.
