Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of valuation experience at an accounting or valuation firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Applied Economics
• Strong analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and valuing derivatives, structured products, loans, private equity, and other illiquid securities.
• Determining relevant valuation assumptions based on historical performance, collateral type, and economic scenarios.
• Using models including guideline companies, discounted cash flows, and Black-Scholes for value indications.
• Performing market research and calibrating valuation models with market-based assumptions.
• Reviewing and compiling published financial information from industry reports and data sources.
• Assisting in preparation of client deliverables and information requests.
• Participating in due diligence meetings and responding to auditor questions.
• Presenting valuation analyses to review committees and clients.
