Complete Conversion Services is seeking a Portfolio Unit-Turn Field Foreman to direct interior renovations across multi-family and commercial properties in Northern VA and Washington, DC. You’ll oversee unit progress, quality, cleanliness, and readiness for tenant move-in.

Lead cabinet installs, finish carpentry, drywall, paint, and punch lists; read scopes and plans; coordinate with Project Managers and subcontractors; ensure safety and on-time turns, with thorough job documentation and photos.
