Job summary

Complete Conversion Services is seeking a Portfolio Unit-Turn Field Foreman to direct interior renovations across multi-family and commercial properties in Northern VA and Washington, DC. You’ll oversee unit progress, quality, cleanliness, and readiness for tenant move-in.

Lead cabinet installs, finish carpentry, drywall, paint, and punch lists; read scopes and plans; coordinate with Project Managers and subcontractors; ensure safety and on-time turns, with thorough job documentation and photos.

Qualifications

• Construction management proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Renovation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily unit progress, quality, and cleanliness.
• Conduct unit renovation activities including cabinet install, finish carpentry, drywall, paint, and punch list completion.
• Read scopes of work and cabinet plans; interpret unit layouts.
• Perform regular unit and common-area walks to flag issues and ensure quality.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and deliveries with Project Managers; manage subcontractors.
