Job summary

Etc Companies LLC seeks a Site Superintendent and Project Manager for a new affordable multifamily rehab and renovation project in Washington, DC and surrounding DMV area. You will oversee every stage from planning through implementation, manage field teams, and ensure safety and quality.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in multifamily construction supervision, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Timberline or Raken. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Construction Superintendent.
• Experience with multifamily rehab/renovations.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency with Timberline and/or Raken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Maintain/update daily field reports in field software.
• Ensure accuracy of field documents/reports.
• Facilitate toolbox talks.
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards; document discrepancies.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors for reasonable costs.
• Maintain high workmanship standards per plans/specs.
• Other related projects as assigned.
