Job summary

Orion Advisor Technology in Utah's Lehi area is seeking a Portfolio Strategy Intern to join the Human Resources Generalists & Operations Team. You will assist with investment data entry, portfolio analysis reports, administrative support, and special projects as needed.

The role is hybrid, with three or more on-site days weekly at a designated office. Candidates should be located within commuting distance; internal candidates with varying arrangements may be considered based on experience and

Qualifications

• Has at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Is a current student in Junior or Senior standing pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
• Possess prior experience in general administrative or customer service duties.
• Obtain Orion Industry Certification.
• Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing analysis on client portfolios and generating proposals.
• Provide due diligence support to the investment team.
• Compile materials for Investment Committee presentations.
• Participate in due diligence phone calls and meetings.
• Assist in preparing and compiling end of quarter marketing materials and reports.
• Maintain files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Assume other general administrative duties as assigned (faxing, scanning, copying, etc.).
• Assist with data gathering and spreadsheet preparation for projects as assigned.
• Assist in gathering requested information and files.
• Assist with projects assigned by Manager.
