Orion Advisor Solutions, Inc. seeks a Portfolio Strategy Intern on the Human Resources Generalists & Operations Team in Utah.

The role involves investment data entry, portfolio analysis reports, and general administrative support, with a hybrid schedule requiring on-site presence several days per week. You'll assist with due diligence, prepare materials for Investment Committee presentations, and help gather information for projects while building stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently a Junior or Senior working toward a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
• Prior experience in general administrative or customer service duties.
• Obtain Orion Industry Certification.
• Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing analysis on client portfolios and generating proposals.
• Provide due diligence support to the investment team.
• Compile materials for Investment Committee presentations.
• Participate in due diligence calls and meetings.
• Prepare and compile end-of-quarter marketing materials and reports.
• Maintain files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Assist with general administrative duties (faxing, scanning, copying).
• Support data gathering and spreadsheet preparation for projects.
• Assist in gathering requested information and files.
• Assist with projects assigned by Manager.
