Job summary

Orion is seeking a Portfolio Strategy Intern to support portfolio analysis, data entry, and reporting on a hybrid schedule. The role includes assisting with proposals, due diligence, and preparing materials for Investment Committee presentations, with on-site requirements three days per week.

Ideal candidates are current juniors/seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with prior admin or customer service experience and a willingness to obtain Orion Industry Certification to advance within the team.

Qualifications

• Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Willing to obtain Orion Industry Certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis on client portfolios and generate proposals.
• Provide due diligence support to the investment team.
• Compile materials for Investment Committee presentations.
• Participate in due diligence calls and meetings.
• Prepare and compile end of quarter marketing materials and reports.
• Maintain files in compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist with general administrative duties (faxing, scanning, copying).
• Assist with data gathering and spreadsheet preparation for projects.
