Job summary

Allianz Commercial is seeking a Portfolio Solutions Team Lead to build and scale the analyst bench in the North America region, overseeing onboarding, bordereaux processing, data validation, and profitability monitoring. You will stay hands-on in onboarding, project delivery, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the function grows without compromising control and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
• Experience with delegated authority, facilities, program business, MGA relationships, or similar insurance portfolio structures.
• Strong understanding of bordereaux processing, reconciliation, data validation, and operational data management.
• Experience supporting onboarding, implementation, or cross-functional project delivery within insurance, underwriting, operations, or portfolio management.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, legal, compliance, operations, IT, PMO, and senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Portfolio Solutions Analysts, prioritizing workload and building scalable processes.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for delegated authority programs and facilities with clear timelines.
• Quality-check analyst work on bordereaux processing, reconciliation, and data validation for stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio profitability indicators and escalate risks to leadership.
• Represent Portfolio Solutions on cross-functional project teams for onboarding and process improvements.
• Maintain documented procedures, controls, and governance for onboarding and portfolio monitoring.
• Identify operational risks and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT, and PMO to support execution.
