Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant insurance experience.
• Expert-level direct claims handling, including coverage analysis and reserving.
• Experience overseeing delegated-authority governance.
• Strong collaboration with underwriting, actuary, finance and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Lead claims strategy and governance across North America.
• Oversee direct-handled and reinsurance claims across multiple lines.
• Define delegated-authority frameworks and escalation thresholds.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance and brokers.
• Manage performance analytics and partner audits.
• Lead complex loss events and recoveries.
