This remote leadership role offers ownership of the systems, processes, and team responsible for accurate and timely client portfolio reporting. You will oversee day-to-day reporting operations while managing key platforms such as Addepar and Orion across account setup, reconciliations, integrations, and performance reporting. The role combines hands‑on operational expertise with team leadership and continuous process improvement. You will play a central role in advisor onboarding, client conversions, historical data migration, and reporting configuration. Working closely with Advisors, Operations, Technology, and senior stakeholders, you will resolve complex issues and strengthen reporting workflows. This is an opportunity to shape how portfolio reporting operates across a growing wealth management environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead day-to-day portfolio reporting operations and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to reporting team members.
  • Oversee reporting workflows to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of client performance reporting.
  • Manage and support Addepar and Orion environments, including account setup, coding, custodian connections, reconciliations, integrations, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor daily data integrity, alternative asset reporting, system integrations, and exceptions, serving as an escalation point for complex reporting and data issues.
  • Manage monthly performance updates, ongoing platform maintenance, system updates, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Lead reporting‑related onboarding for new advisors and client groups, including account establishment, custodian linking, reporting configuration, and historical data conversions.
  • Coordinate transaction, balance, and performance data conversions, reconcile migrated information, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Configure custom attributes and reporting requirements while building and testing client reporting packages with internal users.
  • Maintain appropriate internal controls and clear documentation throughout onboarding and conversion processes.
  • Prioritize team workloads, deadlines, and reporting requirements while reviewing work and providing feedback focused on accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements across reporting processes and workflows.
  • Partner with Advisors, Operations, Technology, and other internal teams on reporting initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
  • Support knowledge sharing, team onboarding, professional development, and the maintenance of clear written procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7--10 years of experience in investment services, wealth management, portfolio reporting, or a related financial services environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring team members, or overseeing operational workflows.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio accounting, investment data, and performance reporting.
  • Hands‑on experience with Addepar and/or Orion strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑reconciliation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines and competing requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with senior leadership and Partners.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed environment.
  • Willingness to remain hands‑on and step into detailed operational work when needed.
  • Ability to identify process gaps, develop practical solutions, and drive continuous operational improvement.
Benefits:
  • Base salary of $130,000--$160,000.
  • Fully remote work flexibility.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning on day one.
  • 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Parental leave.
  • Financial support for advanced education and professional designations.
  • Paid opportunities to support local communities.
  • Commuter benefits where applicable.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of portfolio reporting systems, processes, and team operations within a growing wealth management environment.
