Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
• 2+ years of industry knowledge in data centers, infrastructure, or commercial lending.
• 2+ years of expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and loan structuring.

Responsibilities

• Be a Dealmaker – source, structure, and execute lending opportunities with sponsors and financial institutions.
• Own the Credit Process – lead underwriting and credit approvals per risk framework.
• Manage High-Value Portfolios – oversee transactions, loan mods, compliance, legal docs, and financial analysis.
• Build Key Relationships – serve as primary contact for borrowers, sponsors, lawyers, risk teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead & Develop Talent – manage portfolio managers, provide mentorship and training.
• Navigate Complex Deals – leverage industry knowledge to navigate structuring and due diligence.
