• Experience with tenant and lease administration.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control experience.
• Experience with CAM-related work and reconciliations.
• Leadership of direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Hospitality-focused portfolio experience or events activation.

Responsibilities

• Lead property operations across Long Beach, Bellflower, and Garden Grove, maintaining consistent standards across the portfolio.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance, safety, and capital needs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, repairs, and vendor management.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease administration, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
• Oversee vendor sourcing, contracts, expenses, and insurance compliance.
• Manage annual property operating budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Review income statements, variances, AR, CAM items, and reconciliations.
• Maintain Yardi data integrity and reporting across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with marketing and events teams to ensure cohesive execution.
